Eloise was the only child born to her parents, Edward Galloway and Alice Mary (Reed) Collins, in Neal, Kansas. She was named for her Aunt Eloise Frances (Reed) Rickey. Her parents lived in Amarillo, Potter County, Texas and are on the 1930 Census, then moved to Donora, Pennsylvania to be near Alice Mary's sister Effie. During this time her mother became ill with cancer so Eloise stayed with her Aunt Effie, who took on the motherly role and raised her, after Alice Mary died in 1937. Her father returned to Oklahoma and lived at the Veteran's home and remained there until he died in 1951). Eloise married George Robert Naylor of Fellsburg, on 13 Feb, 1946. They made their home in Fellsburg, and raised two son Robert Douglas Naylor and Ronald Wayne Naylor, (memorial #93677855).
