Overseas, July 29,1918. Northern Bombing Group at Montchic-La-Canau, France, August 1 — October 18,1918. Stationed at Malpensa, Italy, October 18,1918- January,1919. Returned, February 5,1919. Ordered to inactive duty, March 27,1919.

He married Florence Julia Manuel between 1935 and 1940.

Stephen and Florence apparently had no children.
