Birth.
Garret Waters Joyce, son of Patrick Weston Joyce and Caroline Jessie Joyce, formerly Waters, was born on 21 June 1867, at 5 Clifton Terrace, Ranelagh Road, Dublin.
His father was A.M., TCD, Head of the National Schools, Marlborough Street, Dublin

Marriage.
Garrett Joyce, a bachelor, a Medical Doctor, from 26 Rathmines Road, son of Patrick Weston Joyce, a Gentleman, married Anne Smith, a spinster, from 28 Palmerston Road, Rathmines, daughter of Bernard Smith, a Merchant, on 3 August 1898, at St. Andrew's Church, Westland Row, Dublin.
The witnesses were
Robert D. Joyce,
Julia Doyle.

In the 1911 census, the family were living at 26 Rathmines Road, Dublin.
