Ms. Syble Louise Cassell Pardue, age 82, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home. There will be a private family service at a later date. Ms. Pardue was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a collector of all things and in past years, enjoyed sewing. Ms. Syble Pardue will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her. She was preceded in death by her, parents, Colonel Cassell and Gussie Cockerham Cassell; brother, Huey Lee Cassell; and daughter, Sherry Ann MacGillivray. Those left to cherish her memory include son, Randall Pardue (Cindy Pardue); daughter, Kandy Pardue (Terry Cross); brother, Chester Cassell (Catherine); sister, Mary Prestridge (Tommy) and Deborah Zwiazek; 5 grandchildren, Christopher Herndon, Nikki Edwards, Nicholas Herndon, Joshua Herndon, Mitchell Pardue; and 9 great grandchildren.
