In speaking of the death of Mrs. Ben W. Fly at Victoria last Friday, the Visitor says: At twelve o'clock today in this city occurred the death of Mrs. Jessie Fly, wife of County Judge Ben W. Fly, of gastritis. Mrs. Fly was taken sick last Sunday and gradually grew worse and her condition became alarming yesterday. Everything within medical power was done to save her life, but death claimed her at the hour stated. Mrs. Fly was the daughter of Mr. Willis McCutcheon of this city and at the time of her death was 26 years old. Besides a devoted husband, she leaves to mourn her death, a father, two brothers and two sisters, (Mrs. Thos. Campbell, of Goliad county, and Mrs. Ragsdale of Hallestsville.)
