Retired treasurer and senior vice president of the Curtis Publishing Company, and President of Curtis Institute of Music died today at his home. He was 65 years old.

Mr. Bok was a grandson of the founder of the Philadelphia publishing concern. During World War II., he operated the Camden Shipbuilding Company, which constructed wooden barges, oceangoing rescue tugs, and minesweepers.

Mr. Bok was a graduate of Williams College and also attended Oxford University,

Survivors include his widow, Margaret; and two sons, Anthony Shannon and Gordon Dennis.
