Laura, the nine year of daughter of Commissioner W.N. Osborne, of Melissa, died Sunday morning at 10 o'clock after a three-week illness from typhoid fever. At first the disease was thought to be only slow fever, but developed into a severe case of typhoid. The funeral took place Monday morning at 10 o'clock. The interment was made at Melissa Cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Osborne's many friends in this city bow in deep sympathy with them in their great bereavement.
