Mrs. Lucille Frances Pierce, Bell, Calif., died Wednesday, Sept.
1, 1982, in Bell. She was born July 16, 1915, at Eldon to Hargett and
Jennie Ellen Harvey Wolfe. In 1927 she was married to Bert P. Pierce, who
died July 16, 1973. Mrs. Pierce had lived in California since 1938.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Diane Bennett, Bell, Calif.; a
son, Bert E. Pierce, Sutton, W. Va.; two brothers, Logan Wolfe, Eldon, and
Harold Wolfe, Seattle, Wash.; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday at Phillips Funeral
Home in Eldon with the Rev. O.D. Johnson officiating. Burial was in the
Eldon Cemetery.
