Ruby Hendrix, 95, of Attalla, died on July 10, 2020. Mrs. Hendrix was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. D.E. Hendrix; parents, Oscar Oliver and Essie Boone Oliver; siblings, Helen Oliver, Jessie Oliver, Bernice (Stinson) Wilcox, Wilburn (Evelyn) Oliver, Mary (Howard) Roper, Oscar Oliver Jr., Sarah (Henry) Collins, Mildred Oliver, Billy Oliver, Robert (Gussie) Oliver, and Nell (Gordon) Wright.

She is survived by her daughter and husband, son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were July 13, 2020 at Village Chapel. Dr. Roger Beshears will officiate. Burial followed at Rainbow Memorial Gardens.
