Mr. Randall Douglas Harper, age 64, of Franklin, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 3, 2020, at his residence. Funeral services for Randall Douglas Harper are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 1 PM from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home with Bill Trauber officiating. Interment will follow in the Millers Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, July 9, 2020, from 11 AM until service time at 1 PM.
