Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at the Wise Cemetery in Wise, VA with Pastor Paul Shallenburg officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Bradley's Funeral Home of Marion is serving the Owens Family.
