Mrs. Callie Martha Holland Dies at Home of Daughter
Mrs. Callie Martha Holland, 83, mother of 12 children, grandmother of 46, great-grandmother of 26 and great-great-grandmother of one, died early Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. S. R. McPhearson, 1901 Beech.
She had been a resident of Fort Worth for a quarter of a century and previously lived in Granbury.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am Tuesday at the Granbury Methodist Church, Rev. Van Morrison officiating. Burial will take place in Nubbin Ridge Cemetery there. The body will be at the Ben Estes Funeral Home at Granbury.
Besides Mrs. McPherson, the children are: Milton O. Holland of Davidson, Oklahoma; W. R. of Shafter, California; J. C. of Granbury; T. R. of Glendale, California; G. R. of Fort Worth; J. M. Jr. of Farwell; Mrs. G. W. Howard of Malone; Mrs. Charles H. Sargent of San Antonio; Mrs. D. W. Hayworth of Big Spring; Mrs. Sim Carter of Fort Worth; and Mrs. N. A. Whitcomb of Tulsa.
