Lee Talton "Lee T" or "CAT" Bryant of Burkeville , and formerly of Amelia , passed away Tuesday , May 12 , 2020 , following a short battle with cancer , at his home . He was born January 27 , 1955 in Amelia County to Thomas and Marie Bryant .
He is survived by his wife , Michelle ; his mother, Marie ; sisters , Charlotte Babbock (Jimmy), DeEtte Wright(Bill)and brothers, Thomas Carl (Kay) and Dean (Dianna); daughters , Shelby - Grace Wines (Trey), Tonya Arnette and Crystal Sanchez ; grandchildren , Ayslee Wines , Jacob and Chloe Donavan , Gage and Madison Turner , Noah Price , Alana Leighty and Aliyah Sanchez ; one great grandson , Aiden Lee Price ; as well as a large host of aunts , uncles , nieces , nephews, cousins and other relatives. He also leaves behind his adopted family , Fred and Wanda Ware , Bobby Morris, Michael Byrnes of South Carolina , Christopher Ethridge and family of Tennessee , and Ron and Carrie Atkins of Crewe , special friends include Armando Benitez , the Dalton family , the Duffy family , the Winfree family along with all the "boys" and "girls"at Tom's Meats , and Shawn Haney and family .
Lee was an avid part time farmer that loved to grow the "best tomatoes (a.k.a. Lee T tomatoes) around . He loved hunting , fishing , and watching the babies laugh .
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic , a memorial celebration will be held at a later date
