Martin Tysver,73, Dies at Hospital
Martin Tysver, 73, 2012 12th Ave. N., died Tuesday at a Grand Forks hospital.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Hanson-Anderson funeral home with Rev. John P. Gaardsmoe officiating. Burial will take place in Memorial Park cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home Thursday evening.
Mr. Tysver was born at Ft. Dodge, Iowa, Feb. 27, 1880, and had been a resident of Grand Forks since 1906.
Survivors include a brother, Albert of Grand Forks, a sister, Mrs. Joseph Overby of Portland, Ore., and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Tysver was a member of the United Lutheran Church.
