David D. Tilley, of Pueblo, departed this life surrounded by his loving family on June 11, 2004. He was born Aug. 24, 1935, in Olathe, Colo. Survived by his wife, Mary of 48 years; sons, Dan (Sandy), John (Nicole) and Tim (Lynn); grandchildren, Jarod, David, Joshua, Megan, Amanda, Matthew, Emily and Sarah; great-granddaughters, Jaricah and Hailey; brother, Joe Tilley; sisters, Betty (Carl) Carlton, Lorraine Dixon, Edna (Jerry) Bradbury and Sara (Gene) Scribner; numerous nieces and nephews. David looked forward to going elk hunting every year with his sons, grandsons and brother-in-law, Ray Vaclav. Our heartfelt thanks to the nursing staff at both 5 Tower of Parkview Hospital and Sangre de Cristo Hospice for all their wonderful care and help. Memorial service, 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Imperial Memorial Chapel.
