He had one brother, Robert Fields Blackburn.

Morrow married Marguerite Claire Harvey Apr 20, 1926 in Elizabeth, NJ. They had two daughters Elizabeth Jeanne "Betty" and Joann Patricie Blackburn. The couple were separated before the 1930 Census.

He then married Edna MacDonald (6/26/1906 NY - 2/2/2004) about 1931 and then they remarried Nov 1, 1947 in NY. They had three children Morrow Ann, Daniel Morrow and Edna Irene Blackburn.
