The husband of Beauton Cryer Baker, who survives, he was in the auto sales business for forty years, owning Baker Auto Sales. He was born Wednesday, March 17, 1937, son of the late Rev. Allie B. Baker and Eva Ann Burnette Baker and lived all of his life here. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and saddle horses and was a member of Toone Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of over 60 years, Beauton Cryer Baker of Bolivar; two daughters, Barbara Dean Bomar of Bolivar and Bonita Forrest Brint of Bolivar; three brothers, Joe, Bruce and Donald Baker, all of Bolivar; three grandchildren, Cody Forrest Brint (Angie), Justin Bomar and Mary Alice Bomar; and two great grandchildren, Brooke Brint and Brynlee Bomar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Helen Stanley and Bonnie Breeden and a brother, James Baker.
