James “Mike” Michael Holloway, 53, of Monett went to be with the Lord in Heaven on Sunday June 7, 2020 while at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, MO. He was born in Monett, MO; the son of the late Jimmy Earl and Linda {Patton} Holloway. He was united in marriage on May 19, 2001 in Monett to Sherry {Stockton} Holloway; she survives.
He was a member of the Gunter Methodist Church in Butterfield, MO.
Mike is survived by his wife Sherry; two daughters: Jade Propst of Republic, MO and Jasmine Burks and her husband Dylan of Mt. Vernon, MO; two sons: Michael Saunders and Kenneth Saunders and his wife Hannah both of Butterfield, MO; one brother: Randy Holloway and his wife Christie of Monett and seven grandchildren: Pistol, Titus, Cadence, Wyatt, Lane, Collin, and Sage.
Funeral services were held on Thursday June 11, 2020 at the Gunter Methodist Church in Butterfield, MO. Burial at the Gunter Cemetery next to the church.
