Bridgewater, March 29 -- William H. Bricker, aged 85, one of Bridgewater's oldest and most highly respected citizens, died at his home here this afternoon at 1:30 from the infirmities of age. His wife Esther A. Bricker preceded him three months ago. Born near Luray May 7 1850 son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William O. Bricker. He came to Bridgewater with his parents in 1855. Funeral services will be held from the Bricker home on North Main Street Sunday afternoon. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Daily News-Record, Saturday, March 30, 1935.
