MRS. ARTHUR G. HOLLAND
Mrs. Effie Holland, wife of Arthur G. Holland of 182 Rigby street, died at a local hospital last night following a brief illness.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Surviving are her husband; six children, Raymond L. Holland, Spartanburg, Wade H,. Holland, Columbia, Mrs. Lee Arledge, Union, Mrs. Elmer Turnage, Spartanburg, A.G. Holland, Jr. Fort Hancock, N.J., and Miss Ruth Holland, Spartanburg; her mother, Mrs. Rhoda Tweed, Spartanburg; two sisters, Mrs. Braxton Mull, Spartanburg, Mrs. G.C. Clark, Greenville; four brothers, Wofford W. Tweed, New York city, George Tweed, Washington, Robert and John Tweed, Spartanburg.

Funeral services for Mrs. Effie Pamela Holland, wife of Arthur G. Holland who died Sunday night at t a hospital here, will be conducted at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon by the Rev. W.M. Lever and the Rev. Carl O. Page at the M.W. Bobo Funeral Chapel here.
Interment will be in the Glendale cemetery, and there will be a brief service at the graveside.
Mrs. Holland is survived by her husband; three sons, Raymond L. Holland of Spartanburg, Wade H. Holland of Columbia and Arthur G. Holland, Jr. of Fort Hancock, N.J.; three daughters, Mrs. Elmer Turnage of Spartanburg, Mrs. Lee Arledge of Union, and Miss Ruth Holland of Spartanburg; her mother, Mrs. W.L. Tweed of Spartnaburg; seven brothers, Walton Tweed of Charleston, Everett Tweed of Spartanburg, Albert Tweed of the Philippine Islands U.S. army, John Tweed of Spartanburg, Robert Tweed of Spartanburg, George Tweed of Washington and Wofford Tweed of New York; two sisters, Mrs. G.C. Clark of Greer and Mrs. Braxton Mull of Spartanburg and one grandchild.
The body will remain at the funeral chapel.
