WALLACE, Hillsman Edward "Hilly," passed away peacefully in his home in Aylett, Va. He is survived by his wife, Betty Waldrop Wallace; his children, Wanda W. Hollins, Cheryl W. Puryear (Billy), Michael E. Wallace (Tammy), John F. Wallace (Karen); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Hilly was a lifetime farmer, he served in the U.S. Army, and retired from Reynolds Metals Company. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 1214 Wilmer Ave., Richmond, Va. 23227. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to Hospice of Virginia, 1700 Bayberry Ct., #300, Richmond, Va. 23226.
