Louis Weber listed on his draft registration as a brother-in-law. He was Carmella's husband.

In the 1925 US census, his mother Rose and sister Carmela were living in Ward 3, Olean, NY but the brothers Francis and Casimer are not listed.

In the 1930 US census, Casimer (surname spelled Abate) was listed as living at the German Roman Cattolic orphan asylum on Dodge St in Buffalo, NY along with his brother Francis and sister Carmela (and many others). This is where is his mother Rose was working in the 1940 census.
Source Citation
Year: 1930; Census Place: Buffalo, Erie, New York; Page: 4A; Enumeration District: 0173; FHL microfilm: 2341163

In the 1940 US census, Casimer was living on Warring Ave in Buffalo, NY. The household consisted of:
Francis Abbott 25 (Casimer's brother)
Marie Abbott 23 (Francis' wife)
Joan Abbott 1 (daughter of Francis and Marie)
Marlene Abbott 6/12 (daughter of Francis and Marie)
Casimer Abbott 21
Rose Abbott 45 (Casimer's mother, listed as Married but no spouse in the household)

Also buried at St. Bonaventure Cemetery is a Carmella Fleri Abbott (memorial ID 153044404) and the alternate spelling of Abate is on the headstone along with Abbott. I am trying to find a connection. Rosario Abbott, her husband, may be a brother to Rose Abbott, Casimer's mother.Of Brooksville, Florida, formally of Cheektowaga, born in Olean New York; father of Donna Ray of Mrytle Beach SC, Frederick Abbott of Tonawanda and deceased sons Edward Abbott and William Abbott; brother of Camella "Millie" Weber and the late Francis Abbott; also husband to deceased wives, Doris Bork and Margaret Russo; also survived by several grand children and great grand children. Mr. Abbott was a proud member of Union Carpenter's local 289 in Cheektowaga for 63 years. He enjoyed all sports and was an avid Trout Fisherman, Bowler and Golfer. A Memorial Celebration of life Mass will be held on May 1st at Saint Mary of the Angel's RC Church, 202 South Union St. Olean NY. All family and friends welcome. Lunch follows. If so desired, contributions in memory of "Casey" Abbot may be made to Hernando Pasco Hospice, 12107 Majestic Blvd, Hudson, Fl 34667
