Laura Grigsby
Services for Laura Grigsby, 82, of Palestine, will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Bailey & Foster Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Otis Felton officiating. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Elkhart.
Miss Grigsby died Thursday in Anderson County Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 19, 1905, in Anderson County, a daughter of Adget and Ollie Thompson Grigsby.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sisters, Beatrice Carroll Smith of Palestine and Cherry Easley of Killeen; two brothers, Buel Grigsby Sr. and W. T. "Tommy" Grigsby, both of Elkhart; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Gene Broome, Eugene Grigsby, Elvin Pope, J.D. Wynne, Rubert Daniels and Homer Coleman.
Condolence calls will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
