HEART TROUBLE FATAL TO WILLIAM BUSH, 59
Well Known Nineveh Township Man Dies Sunday – Had Been Improved

Nineveh, Ind., April 22 – William Bush, age 59, one of the best known and most highly respected citizens of Nineveh township, died suddenly Sunday evening at his home, on the Cauldwell farm, northwest of Nineveh, of heart trouble, after an extended illness. While Mr. Bush had been ill for some time, his condition had been much improved recently and the death occurring at 6:30 o'clock was a great shock to his family and friends.

He was born in Brown county on October 17, 1869, and was one of eight children born to Tillman and Mary Bush. He had resided in Brown county and Shelby county for some time and had spent nine years at Kokomo before returning to Nineveh in 1910 to make his home on the Cauldwell farm. He was united in marriage on March 1, 1892, to Miss Viola Packer, who, with four children born to this union, survives his death.

The surviving children are Rolla Bush, of Kokomo; Mrs. William Coffman, of Franklin, and Roy and Roxie, who are at home. He is also survived by the mother, Mrs. Mary Bush, of Helmsburg; three brothers, Rufus Bush, of Palestine, Ill.; C. C. Bush, of Westfield; James Bush, of Helmsburg, and one sister, Mrs. George Marriman, also of Helmsburg. Three grandchildren also survive.

During his eighteen years' residence in the Nineveh community, Mr. Bush had made a great number of friends and was highly regarded by everyone with whom he came in contact. He was a member of the Nineveh Christian church and had served both as a member of the board of deacons and the board of elders of that church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Nineveh Christian church with Rev. G. F. Powers in charge of the service. Burial will be at Greenlawn cemetery in Franklin.
