Mary Lou Alimisis Of Oxnard, California passed away on May 14, 2010 in Oxnard, California. Mary Lou was born on September 1, 1916 in Nebraska to Louis and Josephine (EISCHEN) Maier. After graduating from High School, She served as a Registered Nurse in the U.S. Army from 1941-1945 and spent most of her nursing career as a nurse and supervisor working at Hahnemann Hospital in San Francisco. She was preceded by her husband, Jack, and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Ellis (Harry) and son, Mark Alimisis (Barbara), two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She will be remembered as a well loved lady by all that knew her. Inurnment will take place at Arlington Cemetery at a future date. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care of Channel Islands, Cremations, A Heritage Life Tribute Center, Ventura.
