Stephanie was raised and went to school in Centerville and graduated high school in Goldendale. She got her teaching degree at Cheney, Washington and got a job teaching at Cheney High School. She went on to get her masters degree at Lewis and Clark College in Portland and retired from the Cheney school district in 2000. Stephanie spend her retirement traveling and volunteering at KSPS in Spokane and as a docent for the Spokane Museum of modern Art.
Stephanie is survived by her two children, Son Lars Morgan(Maggie) of oak harbor, Washington and daughter Liel Morgan (Lowell) of spoken. Two grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Her sisters, Judith Mattson Harmon(Ernie), Brooke Mattson Warrener (Buster); numerous nieces and nephews.
