Arthur was born on March 16, 1928, in Muscatine, the son of Albert and Jenny Holiday Reynolds. He married Louise Lorriane Fifield in Muscatine. They later divorced. He later married Mary Brown in 1986. She preceded him in death in 2007.
He served in the Korean Conflict.
Arthur enjoyed fishing, hunting and growing flowers. He was a member of Eagles, VFW and DVFW.
Survivors include four sons; five daughters; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents , one son, Gary Reynolds, two daughters, Jannet Reyolds and Jeanne Bass, five brothers, and two sisters.
