She was born March 1, 1937 in Henry County, the daughter of the late George A. and Gertrude V. (Griner) Neff.
Dorothy was an avid reader and enjoyed playing pool and darts. She was loved sewing and worked as a seamstress at various companies.
She is survived by her children, Kelvin Tutrow of Shirley, Deanna (Philip) Snider of Shirley, and Marcia Jarvis of Burnside, KY; grandchildren, Christa (Joe) Spoon, Daniel (Lacey) Tutrow, Andrew Tutrow, Nicholas (Jennifer) Snider, Ashley (Doug) Coomer, and Rusty (Chelsea) Jarvis; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth (Raymond) Haskell; and brother Gene (Judy) Neff.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one great-grandson, one brother, and five sisters.
Private graveside services will be held at Mc Cray Cemetery.
