Death Claims Jeneus Dugas Near Lafayette (Special To The Advertiser)
CARENCRO, November 28 Jeneus Dugas. 71. died at his home near Lafayette at 11:40 o'clock Wednesday night.
Funeral services were scheduled to be held this afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at St. Peter's Catholic church in Carencro with interment to follow in the Carencro Catholic cemetery.
Survivors include his widow, the former Felicia Menard; five sons, Leonard, Louis, Obry, Marcel and Berchman Dugas; three daughters, Mrs. Linic Babineaux, Mrs. Lessin Babineaux and Mrs. Tackier Roger. Also surviving are 23 grandchildren.
E. D. Melancon and Son are in charge of funeral arrangements
