GAUDET, Alfred, 80, Ashmore, passed away November 14, 2008, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. He was born in Havelock to the late Dan and Pauline (Saulnier) Gaudet. Surviving are his companion, Delia Deveau, Ashmore and family; brother, Dennis, Villa St. Joseph du Lac, Dayton; sister, Laura Ford, Havelock; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by first wife, Edith Gaudet, and brother, Walter. Visitation will be today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Meteghan Funeral Home. Funeral 11 a.m. Wednesday in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Concession, Rev. Albeni d'Entremont officiating. Interment in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Corberrie.
