Mr. Adams is survived by his wife, Elizabeth L., and five children, Miss Marion, Mrs. Effie Kerst, Frank, Will and Nelson. He was born in New York. He has been a resident of Springfield for the past forty two years and was a member of the Grand Army, Odd Fellows lodge No. 6 and Modern Woodmen cap No. 1418.
