Nathaniel Dwight Matthews, 71, of Rt 7, Saufley Field Road, died In a local hospital Friday morning. He was a native of Kingston, Mich., but had made his home in Pensacola for the past 60 years. He was a retired civil service employee of Pensacola Naval Air Station and a veteran of World War I. He is survived by three sons, William S, D. I., and Lawrence J. Matthews, all of Pensacola; a brother, E. H. Matthews, Buffalo, N.Y.. and 10 grandchildren.
