Wygal Evelyn Richardson December 15, 2018 Evelyn Richardson Wygal, 98, of Roanoke, Va., went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 15, 2018. She was preceded by her parents, Angie and Claudia Smith Richardson; brother, Clarence Richardson; sister, Louise Hudson; husbands, Robert Aliff and Fred Wygal; and a daughter, Marilyn Aliff. Evelyn was a longtime member of First Church of God Hildebrand Road. Surviving are her children, Sherrill (Rebecca) Aliff, Charlotte Aliff, Sandra (Roger) Snyder, Suzanne (James) Hatcher; brothers, Paul and Nelson Richardson; sister, Gladys Gibson; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the Building Fund C/O First Church of God 5008 Hildebrand Road Roanoke, Va. 24012. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Jim Milner and the Rev. Harry Hudson. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
