Miss Mary (May) Heckendorn, 84, of 22 George St., Waterloo, died Aug. 5, at K-W Hospital after a short illness. Born Jan. 13, 1877, in Woolwich Township, she came to Waterloo six years ago and previously lived in Kitchener. She was a member of the Emmanuel Evangelical United Brethren Church, Waterloo. She was a daughter of the late Jacob Heckendorn and her mother was the former Mary Sanborn. Surviving are two brothers, Jesse and Daniel Heckendorn, both of Sutton Bay, Mich., and a sister, Edith Heckendorn of St. Jacobs. She was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters.
