She was retired from General Motors. Iby was a Christian and a member of Kanawha Two-Mile Gospel Tabernacle, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and assisted her husband with numerous Christmas plays.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Scragg, parents, Gove and Lettie Anderson; and sisters Phyllis and Freddie Anderson. Survived by three sisters.
Burial in the Jenkins Memorial Cemetery, Rich Fork of Kanawha Two Mile, Charleston.
