Passed away Thursday at St. Vincent’s.

Son of Harold Alfred and Weltha L. Cox Taylor.
Married Barbara House Oct. 16, 1960 at Williamsport. She survives.
Also surviving are sons Dan (Kelly) and Dave (Gina Turner) Taylor; daughter Sally (Randy) Ray; sister, Judy Taylor; brother Michael Taylor; grandchildren Maggie, Lillie, Matt, Ellen, Emily and Nick Taylor, Erin (Luke) Barry, Lindsay (Jonathan) Emmert, and Mitchell (Ally) Ray; great-grandchildren Ella, Anniston, Warren, Cate and Graham; in-laws Bill and Janet Fields and Gerald Mourer; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Glenn, Frank and Bill Taylor.

1957 graduate of Williamsport High School.

Worked at R. R. Donnelley for 37½ years and owned and operated Top Line Athletics in Crawfordsville for 25 years.

He was an avid sports fan and Dodgers fan, loved to watch his family play sports, and liked to play golf with the senior league.

He was a director of the Montgomery County Basketball Hall of Fame, director with Donnelley Club, member of the Crawfordsville Bowling Hall of Fame and previously served as an assistant coach for the American Legion baseball team.

Member of the Williamsport Methodist Church.

Private graveside service at Oak Hill South.
