Allen J. Robinson, pioneer resident of the Myrtle vicinity in this county, died Thursday, February 15 at Thayer, following quite a long illiness. Mr Robinson had lived most of this life in the Myrtle vicinity but had moved to Thayer a short time ago for medical treatment. He was 84 years of age at the time of his death.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lottie Robinson, and six children, Mrs Clyde Risner, Kansas City; Mrs Grover Risner, Tulsa, OK; Mrs. Bill Conner, Thayer, MO; Charley Robinson, Doniphan, MO; Cleve Robinson, CA; and Love Robinson, Kansas City.
Funeral services were conducted at Cotton Creek last Saturday afternoon by Rev. W.E. Graddy of Couch, assisted by Rev. Glassey of Thayer, MO.
