Mildred Alba Bonnell BRIGHAM CITY-Mildred Alba Bonnell, 85, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 29, 2003, at the home of her son in Brigham City. She was born on February 19, 1918, in Price, Carbon, Utah, a daughter of George Washington and Grace Woolsey Waterman. Mildred married Dayton L. Kelly on October 17, 1936, in Price, Utah. They were later divorced. She then married James G. Bonnell Jr. on January 3, 1953 in Littleton, Colorado. He preceded her in death on December 26, 1983. She was a member of the LDS Church. Mildred enjoyed gardening, cooking, crocheting, knitting, fishing at Strawberry Reservoir, playing cards with her friends. She is survived by two sons, George D. (Joan) Kelly and Gary E. Kelly; one special daughter-in-law, Teresa Sackett all of Brigham City; nine grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; three sisters, Alice (Ray) Jensen, Price, UT; Barbara (Sam) Hunt, Winnemucca, NV; Maxine (Henry) Mills, Kamloops, BC, Canada. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James George Bonnell; son Henry Patrick Kelly; sisters, Beatrice Randall, Betty Williams, and one brother, Russell Waterman. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 1, at 2 p.m. at Gillies-Petersen Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City, UT. Friends and family may call on Saturday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at the funeral chapel. It was Mildred's wish to be cremated following the services.
