Almeda married Paul D. Moore in 1951 in Florence, Arizona. Paul was in the Air Force for 23 years and they were stationed in Arizona, Japan, Lubbock, TX, Ankara, Turkey and Bossier City, Louisiana over the years. She worked as a nurse at Collinsville Hospital, St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. In 1979, she and Paul relocated to Pryor and she worked Grand Valley Hospital; after retiring from nursing, she worked at Walmart in Pryor. She was affectionately known as "Speedy" and "Nannie" by all who knew and loved her and in her spare time she enjoyed spending time with Paul and the rest of their family and also enjoyed golfing and playing the piano. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by: one son, Charles "Chuck" Moore and wife Debbie of Pryor; one daughter, Sheryl "Shay" Reeder and husband Stanley of Muskogee; two grandchildren, Chris Reeder and girlfriend Whitney Conover of Muskogee and Bethany Moore of Pryor; one great granddaughter, Memphis Rae Conover of Muskogee; three sisters, Shirley Tudor, Patricia White and Nadine Bryan all of Tahlequah and other friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents and four sisters, Wanda Carr, Mamie Bryan, Sharon Hipp and Linda Young and four brothers, Calvin Rotramel, Johnny Rotramel, Toy Rotramel and Tom "Junior" Johnson.
