Kenneth B. Oswald, 93, of Hutchinson, died May 3, 2020, at Mennonite Friendship Communities. He was born September 10, 1926, in Beemer, NE, to Daniel and Kate Oswald.

Kenneth worked as a farmer and stockman and owned and operated a feed, seed, and produce store in Nebraska. He was a friend to all and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Kenneth enjoyed coffee and playing pool with the guys, was an avid reader, and a dedicated prayer warrior for his family and friends. He was a member of Journey Mennonite Church, South Hutchinson.

On March 30, 1952, Kenneth married Fern Elizabeth Kauffman, in Goshen, Indiana. They shared 64 years together before she passed on January 13, 2017.

He is survived by: son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, grandsons, and seven great-grandchildren.

Kenneth was preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Fern Oswald; and five brothers.

A private family graveside service will take place at Yoder Cemetery.
