Obituary:
Henry County Local: Wednesday, August 22, 2007
Edith Mae Washburn, age 89, of Bethlehem died Thursday, August 16, 2007 at Homestead Nursing Center, New Castle. She was the daughter of the late Ed and Daisy Adler Washburn, a homemaker and member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sisters: Flossie Louise Washburn, Louisville and Annie Frances Tingle, LaGrange; one brother, Raymond Lee Washburn, Bethlehem and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 20, at Sholar Funeral Home. Rev. Brad Bridgeman, Bethlehem Baptist Church, officiated. Interment was in Pleasureville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Howard Lee Byers, Randy McAlister, Tommy McAlister, Denny Washburn, Janie Washburn and Oscar Wells.
