Donna J. Fry, 86, passed away from natural causes, at her home in Bountiful, UT, on Friday, April 17, 2020. She was born September 6, 1933, in Sugarhouse, to Edward L. Evans and June E. Lowe Evans.

Donna married Terry J. Fry, in Salt Lake City, November 1953. They had four boys; Terry E., Michael, Steve and Larry (Shawn). Donna always supported her sons in any endeavor. She loved watching them play baseball. She was also a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees.

Donna worked for over thirty years as a medical transcriptionist. She started her career at Holy Cross Hospital the VA Hospital and later worked from home for private companies.

Donna loved her nieces and nephews and, of course, her grandchildren. They would call her “pizza grandma” because she would have them all over to her house for pizza-pool party.

Donna’s generosity was known by many. She would always donate to those in need without hesitation. She spent much of her time volunteering for organizations she believed in. Donna loved the Lord and she wanted others to love him also.

Donna is survived by her sons, her brothers; Ed (Sherrie) Evans, Larry (Rosemary) Evans, and sister Ida (Norm) Tyrell.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
