George Benjamin Eaton, 52, of 236 E. Etiwanda Ave., Rialto, died Monday at a San Bernardino hospital.
He was retired from the U.S. Navy, having been in active service 27 years. A native of Red Bluff, Calif., he had lived in Rialto four years.
He was a member of the First Christian Church of Red Bluff and of the Broad Arrow Lodge 1890 of St. George's, Bermuda.
Survivors include his widow, Dorothy, and two sons, Frederick and Ronald, all of Rialto; a sister, Genevieve Mayberry of Fair Oaks, and a granddaughter, Marjorie K. Eaton of Rialto.
Services are pending with Ralph Wm. Allen Funeral Home.

George Benjamin Eaton was born on April 13, 1903, in Red Bluff, California, the child of Fred and Jessie. He had two sons with Dorothy Thelma Sipp. He died on September 19, 1955, in San Bernardino, California, at the age of 52.
