Mrs. McGavoc died at her residence Tuesday night of a heart attack.
A native of Nashville, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. and Myrtle McCool Cavender and she received her public education here. In 1929, she was married to J. C. Rollins who died in 1951.
She was married to D. C. McGavoc in 1955. He survives.
Other survivors include a son, Joseph C. Rollins, Bowling Green, Ky.; a sister, Mrs. Larry Mercier, Baltimore, Md.; three brothers, Ernest B., Paul J., and Alfred D. Cavender, all of Nashville; and two grandchildren.
