Michael Dean Horak, one day old son of Allan and LuAnn Byam Horak, died Thursday at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
He was born Aug. 2 at St. Luke's Hospital.
In Addition to his parents, he is survived by a twin brother, Matthew; his grandparents, Dick Byam of Vinton and Mr and Mrs. Harry Horak of rural Vinton; and his great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Nueller and Mrs Hugo Lundahl of Vinton.
Private family services and burial will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton.
Friends may call at the Campbell-Russell Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 8 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
