JOYCE, ROBERT C. ""BOB,'' 67, of Seminole, died Tuesday (Nov. 21, 1995) at home. He was born in Tarrytown, N.Y., and came here in 1988 from Agawam, Mass. He worked as an area supervisor for the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and was an emeritus member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and the Korean War and was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Hazel; two sons, Kevin Joyce, Albany, N.Y., and Gary Nolan, Baltimore; four daughters, Janet Joyce, Millbrook, N.Y., Robin Laing, Chicopee, Mass., Tracy Nolan, Piermont, N.H., and Kathleen DaViau, South Hadley, Mass.; his mother, Helen Joyce, Dover, Del.; two brothers, George ""Buddy,'' Inglis, and David, Albuque rque, N.M.; five sisters, Betty Burton, Edgewater, Alice Haniback, Baker, Kathleen Clark, Dover, Patricia Reeves, Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and Mary Ann Connelly, North Tarrytown, N.Y.; and six grandchildren. Robert C. "Bob" Joyce, 67, of Seminole, and formerly of Agawam, Mass., died Tuesday at home. He was an area supervisor for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Born in Tarrytown, N.Y he lived in Agawam before moving south in 1988. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II and Korean War, and served from 1945 to 1953. He received a World War Victory Medal and China and Pacific theater ribbons. He was an emeritus member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He leaves his wife, Hazel Joyce; two sons, Kevin of Albany, N.Y., and Marine Gunnery Sgt. Gary Nolan in Baltimore, Md.; four daughters, Janet Joyce of Millbrook, N.Y., Robin Lang of Chicopee, Mass., Tracy Nolan of Piermont, N.H., and Kathleen Daviau of South Hadley, Mass.; his mother, Helen Joyce of Dover, Del.; two brothers, George "Buddy" of Inglis, and David of Albuquerque, N.M.; five sisters, Kathleen Clark of Dover, Betty Burton of Edgewater, Alice Haniback of Baker, Patricia Reeves of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and Mary Ann Connelly of North Tarrytown, N.Y., and six grandchildren.
