Polio has claimed the life of one child in Haskell county and has caused four others to be hospitalized.
Clara Ann Price, 3, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Price of Kinta, died of the disease Friday in a Tulsa Hospital where she had been taken by Cecil Argo; county commissioner.

Larry Fisher, 2, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Fisher, was reported recovering in the Hillcrest hospital, Oklahoma City. Also recovering from polio in the same hospital is Jimmy Southern of Enterprise.
Other children thought to have polio are Pauline Norrell of Kinta and I. M. Howell's son of Enterprise.
