Florence H. Douglass, 78, 712 N. Fourth St., Bellwood, died at 5 a.m. Friday in Altoona Hospital after an extended illness. She was born Feb. 26, 1901, in Bellwood, a daughter of William A. and Margaret L. Smith Bowers and Oct. 26, 1921, in Bellwood, married Robert T. Douglass, who died Oct. 10,1977. Surviving are three children, Kenneth E. Of Kenmore, N.Y., William T. of Tonawanda, N.Y., and Mrs. Bertha McFalls of Bellwood; 16-grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, a great - great grandchild and a brother and sister, William A. and Mrs. Alice M. McCrory of Lewistown. She attended the Bellwood Church of the Brethren. She was a member of Bellwood EAgles Auxiliary and Democratic Club of Bellwood.
Funeral will be ehld Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Charles W. Russin Funeral Home, Bellwood. The Rev. Robert D. Hoover will officiate. Interment will follow in Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood.Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Russin Funeral Home where the Eagies Auxiliary will hold a memorial serivce at 8 p.m.
