"From the Jamestown Post Journal 1952 Homer Newton, 49, of 7 North Street Lily Dale, a night fireman at the Newton Memorial Hospital Cassadaga died suddenly at his home Wednesday night. He was born in Forestville and lived in Fredonia before coming to Lily Dale 8 years ago. Mr Newton was a member of the Lily Dale Fire Department . Surviving are his wife Helece Weaver Newton, and 4 sons. Carl at Fort Dix , Harvey in Japan. Roy of camp Chaffee and Dale. T. Newton of Lily Dale. Also his father Arthur and brother Gerald both of Silver Creek and a sister Mrs Harold Gogin of Sheridan
