He is survived by his son, Michel Cambre, Jr. and his wife Kathleen, and stepchildren Denise Butter, Linda Doster, and Greg Doster.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Casey and Amanda Cambre, Alissa Ortego, and Brittany Thompson; great grandchildren, Cohen Duhe, Khloe Freitas, Delin Ortego, and Elora Ortego; siblings, Stanley, Daniel, Terry, Mary, Paul, and numerous nieces, nephews, and family members.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Early Cambre, parents, Bernard Cambre Sr. and Adrian Oubre Cambre, and his siblings, Betty Jean, Bernice, Mable, Elma, Walter, Bernard, and Alice.
He is also preceded by his stepchildren, Richard Doster, Charles Doster, and Deborah Cortez.
